Larger events and custom orders may require additional notice based on availability.
All pricing reflects the cost of premium ingredients, labor, and preparation.
Final pricing may vary depending on order size, customization, and service needs.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders whenever possible, but availability is not guaranteed. Please contact us directly to check availability.
All approved last-minute orders must be paid in full immediately after placing the order. Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.
Orders may be adjusted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, based on availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be subject to partial or full charges due to preparation already in progress.
Pickup times will be scheduled in advance.
Delivery is available based on location and schedule. Weekday deliveries may require an additional fee depending on timing, location, and traffic accommodations.
Once items are picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client.
Display rentals and setup services are available upon request.
Stand and display rentals returned or picked up after 10:00 PM may be subject to an additional $100 late pickup fee.
All rented items must be returned in the condition they were received. Additional fees may apply for missing or damaged items.
We offer both in-person tastings and pickup tasting boxes.
All tastings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to reserve your tasting appointment.
Our desserts are made fresh and should be stored properly upon pickup or delivery.
We are not responsible for product quality once items are not stored or handled as recommended.
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
We do our best to accommodate special requests; however, all customizations are subject to availability and approval.
